Stable multiples among Dutch SME's
Brookz' bi-annual Dutch SME acquisition barometer has published H2-2021 multiples. It shows that multiples remained stable, mainly in deals below EUR 10 million, which accounted for about 84% of all results.
The half-yearly study shows a 4% increase in the number of sales transactions between EUR 0.5 and 30 million compared to the first half of 2021.
Most acquisitions are still in the 'business services' sector, but construction, IT services and software development remain dominant with a total share of 45% of all transactions.
The average EBITDA for H2-2021 stabilises at 4.85 (as for H1-2021).
